The Data Says You're Likely Screwing Up AI Adoption. Here's How to Fix It in 2026.
Last week, I told you I'm moving to Substack.
I don't want to keep sending you emails here if you're not interested, but I wanted to give you a chance to see the kind of value you'll find on Substack if you subscribe there.
My first article condenses insights from working inside dozens of organizations and data from 178 companies. The summary: most leaders are failing their company's AI transformation because they're treating it as a "tool purchase exercise", expecting that buying a tool will do the transformation job for them.
So while 60% of companies bought AI tools for their employees, only 1 in 4 feels supported by their company in changing how they work. 75% are asking for training, but 10.7% are getting it. This is the "leaky bucket" situation my cover image describes.
The article gives you even more data points and breaks down what you should do based on where you are.
Read it here. I'm sure you'll love it.
p.s.: This is the last email you'll get here. If you want more of this—practical, no-BS insights on what actually works—subscribe on Substack.
